The Clayton Performing Arts Center is here for everyone in Clayton and our community neighbors! Designed to be more than just a school auditorium, the Clayton Performing Arts Center is here for all types of functions, from dance recitals to rock concerts, from seminars to fund raisers.

Public Use of School Buildings in our District 
Any local non-profit and/or civic organizations may rent school buildings for educational, cultural, civic, social, recreational, governmental, and non-partisan political activities.

How to Schedule Building Use
Any organization wishing to utilize the Clayton Performing Arts Center must submit an electronic building use request (see below) to the District at least 30 working days prior to the event.  This allows time to complete a Lease/Use Agreement, receive Proof of Insurance, and notify all parties concerned.  Requests must be made by an officer of the organization that carries liability insurance for the event.

Use Our Online Reservation System to Reserve Facilities!

Step 1: Complete the online interest form contact form.
Step 2:
 Become a Requester in our Online Facilities Schedule system, click here to start.
Step 3: Wait for your Requester Approval email.
Step 4: Reserve your event on our Online Facilities Scheduling system calendar.
Step 5: Submit Insurance Liability Form on our Online Facilities Scheduling system.
Step 6: Print, complete and submit the Gloucester County Local Fire Permit Application Form.  The form can be found here.

Note: Facility use will not be granted or approved until current liability insurance is on file. Upload as a pdf document or a .jpg graphic file and click submit.

Step 7: Wait for email of event approval/denial of your facilities request.  To check on the status of your request, log in to your account and click on the request history tab.
Step 8: When a request has been approved, an electronic contract will be sent to the requester.  Sign the electronic contract with the pin you created in your account.
Step 9: The Clayton Performing Arts Center facilities manager will be in contact to finalize event specifics.

Upon receipt of the electronically signed contract, the facility has been officially reserved for your use. Questions? Contact us at by emailing dzambon@claytonps.org
